What We're About:

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Social Napalm is a DIY label run by one person in the City of Lowell area of 
Massachusetts. I started the distro when i was 16 out of a love for hardcore, punk, and an enthusiasm for the DIY network of 
friends. Years later and slightly disillusioned and jaded, very little has changed.

Social Napalm is done strictly as a hobby for me. It is not my job, nor do i make any personal money off it. All 'profits' 
are invested straight back into the label and distro. I try my hardest to be extremely selective on what i carry, and i work 
really hard to stock only releases that i would personally listen to. I feel that if i can't say to a person buying a record 
from me that "Yes, i'd listen to this record," then i have no basis for carrying it in my distro. While it's nearly 
impossible to be able to vouch for every single release, i try my best. Everything is run from a strict fan perspective. I 
don't really like compact discs, grind, fastcore, powerviolence, straight edge/youth crew, or 'nu-crust', and so you won't 
find many of those things here. I try to trade and distribute other labels who's releases i like and who's ethics i agree 
with. Because of these self imposed restrictions, Social Napalm will never be the biggest, most well known, or most popular 
label and distro. And that's exactly the way i want it, with a commitment to those values.
