Manfat/Hard To Swallow split on Flat Earth Records $5.00
Two UK bands featured together on this split 7". Hard To Swallow played unrelenting and uncompromising hardcore during the mid-late '90s, taking influences from bands like Rorshach, Born Against, and Citizen's Arrest, mixing in with some New Wave Of British Heavy Metal, and making it much more brutal and thrashier. Manfat's music is dark, malevolant, and very thick sounding.

Masskontroll - "Warpath" on Havoc Records $4.00
Masskontroll were a wicked brutal Portland band heavily influenced by mid-'80s Swedish and Japanese thrash hardcore. The Avskum, Warcollapse, Anti-Cimex, Crude SS, No Security, Swedish "dis" sound is unmistakable. Totally heavy riffs and crushing power. The song Genocide is of course a Heresy cover. Masskontroll took on serious political issues and confronted apathy in the punk scene (see the essay on the lyric sheet). Masskontroll went on to record an LP on Mind Control and did a split 7" with Heartline from Czech Republic. Masskontroll was one of the bands that set the standard for the now prolific Portland crust/hardcore scene. Their sound, look and image are still influential in current releases.

Mercy - "Session 1981" on Nuclear War Now! Productions $5.00
"NWOBHM from Sweden at its best! Four excellent tracks of headbangging madness. These tracks were originally released as bonus tracks on the now sold out Mercy "Swedish Metal/Mercy" CD on TPL Records Sweden. These songs were so damn good that I had to license the songs and press it on vinyl." -Nuclear War Now! Productions

Midnight Resurrector - "Solid Solutions" on H.G.Fact $5.00
Ex-members of No Side from Japan playing aggressive and powerful US styled hardcore like Poison Idea and Final Conflict!

Minor Threat - "Salad Days" on Dischord Records $4.50
This was the last Minor Threat material ever recorded, from December of 1983. Three tracks here that hinted at things to come. While jock counterparts in Boston like SSD and DYS went in a hard rock direction and NY thug bands like Agnostic Front and Murphy's Law embraced violence through music, the DC scene leaned toward what would be the foundations of emo. This record is nowhere near emo, but it does certainly show where things were headed. Bands like Embrace, Marginal Man, Dag Nasty, and Rites Of Spring were just around the corner.

Mishap - s/t on Social Napalm Records $4.00
Extremely well executed charged metal punk in the vein of "Forward Into Battle" era English Dogs or Broken Bones. A ripping onslaught with double bass drumming, dual guitars, and ferocious vocals. Song titles such as "Bloodlust", "Body Of Christ", and "Truth Of War" should give you a good indication of where they are coming from lyrically and stylistically. Comprised of various vagrants and vagabonds from the Boston punk scene, Mishap's debut EP isn't a cheap imitation or second rate knock off of the bands that influenced them, but rather pick up right where the UK greats left off while adding their own ripping trademarks to the genre.

Mob 47 - "Karnvapen Attack" on Havoc Records $4.00
"At long last an official re issue of this most classic Swedish hardcore 7". Mob 47 took the anger and intensity of early 80's Swedish hardcore and injected it with the speed and high energy of American Thrash. The result is some of the most powerful hardcore of the early 1980s. Recorded in 1984 these 8 tracks, one of which appeared on the PEACE comp, sent a shockwave through the world of hardcore. Powerful, fast and angry hardcore from some amped up young Swedes. This record has been bootlegged and re issued several times in different forms, but it's my intention to re produce the record as close to the way it dropped back in the 80's. The packaging is almost the same as the original except we've added a bunch of never before seen photos on the back of the insert." -Havoc Records

Moderat Likvidation - "Kottahuve" on Havoc Records $4.00
"Recorded in 1983 by the Swedish Public Service Radio, this was originally released as a cassette in the 80's. More raw, fast and powerful Swedish punk all remastered from the original master tapes." -Havoc Records

Moderat Likvidation - "Nitad" on Havoc Records $4.00
"Originally released by the band in 1983, this is a classic of early 80's Swedish Hardcore Punk. Like their contemporaries Anti Cimex and Shitlickers, Moderat Likvidation took the sound of bands like Discharge, Disorder and Chaos UK to the complete next level with a faster, more aggressive attack. Often imitated, this is the original in your face sound of 1980s Swedish raw punks!" -Havoc Records

Moderat Likvidation - "Marionett I Kedjor" on Havoc Records $4.00
"Originally recorded and released as a demo tape in 1983 these songs have been re mastered from the original tapes. More original 1983 raw Swedish hardcore punk from the original ragers. This was a lot of material to fit onto a 7", but still sounds quite good considering it's source." -Havoc Records

Monikers/Delay split on Kiss Of Death Records $4.00
"Delay are the best thing to come out of the Buckeye State since the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Super positive and super friendly this pop-punk trio is awesome. Monikers are the laziest band on the planet and the 1st pressing of this record is proof because the the it has no Monikers songs on it because they missed the deadline. No worries though, Monikers songs are on this second pressing of the 7 inch." -Kiss Of Death Records

The Murderers - s/t on Havoc Records $3.00
Off the wall, manic, abrasive, and chaotic thrash. One of the absolute best releases ever on Havoc Records with some of these songs date back as far as the mid-'80s and all rippers. Totally irreverent, nihilistic, "fuck you" chaos punk.

Nightfall - "Reality Is Pain, Life Is Suffering" on Final Attempt Records $4.00
Members of A.O.S. and Dissystema noisy Japanese styled crasher-crust influenced by the likes of Disclose and Framtid. Check out an mp3 of their song "Grey Skies" at http://www.finalattemptrecords.computershateme.org/06%2006%20grey%20skies.mp3

Nine Shocks Terror - "Nice Place To Live" on Even Worse Records $5.50
The final(?) 9 Shocks Terror release? Pretty much what you'd expect from these guys by now. Abrasive hardcore following more along the lines of the "Paying Ohmage" LP which had more of a rock influence than past releases.

No Peace - "Zombie Brains" on Decision Of Fate Records $5.00
A new Cleveland hardcore band containing former and current members of Upstab, Puncture Wound, and Gordon Solie Motherfuckers. An excellent release that's somewhere between Discharge and typical Cleveland HC.

Nocturnal - "Fire Of Revenge" on Bestial Onslaught Productions $4.00
Ripping thrash metal from Germany upholding the German Thrash Metal legacy and doing their forefathers proud. if you're into Kreator, Sodom, Destruction, etc. or contemporary thrash metal bands like Toxic Holocaust, then you'll love Nocturnal. This EP contains two originals plus a cover of Living Death's "Killing Machine". Listen to The Final End and see for yourself!

Offenders - "I Hate Myself/Bad Times" on Kangaroo Records $5.00
Classic EP from 1984 officially reissued by Kangaroo Records. Excellent Texas Hardcore. This was originally released by the Rabid Cat Records label.

Orange World - "Fun Noise & Message!" on Strongly Opposed $4.50
Swiss anarcho-punk recorded in 1988 featuring members that would go on to be in Earth Citizens. Political punk influenced strongly by '80s UK political punk bands with political lyrics. Cut 'n paste layout.

Pack - "Booze For Future" on Rinderherz Records $5.00
Swiss hardcore crust with dual vocals. Very nice gatefold packaging on this 7". A high quality release.

Padded Cell - "Punk Next Door" on Dead Beat Records $3.50
Angry, aggressive, middle finger in the air snot punk for fans of Casualties, Unseen, A Global Threat, Banner of Hope, etc

P.M.R.C. - "Polyphonics For The Modern Renaissance Cannibal" on Motorchest Records $4.00
"Holy shit this rules! Great hardcore with, nice heavy production... this sounds like something that could've come out on Pusmort Records in 1987. Take Kings of Punk-era Poison Idea and mix in just a touch of Rock for Light-era Bad Brains (especially in the vocals). Brilliant! Highly recommended if you liked that Restless Youth 7" from a few years ago but you hated their LP (like me)." -Sorry State Records

Poundaflest - "Cry From The People" on Strongly Opposed $3.50
UKHC punk... reminds me of old Britcore bands like GBH, Varukers mixed with new slightly heavier UK punk bands. Contains a member of Concrete Sox.

PRF - "We Got Disease" on Dead Kids Records $5.00
Excellent positive melodic hardcore somewhere between 1988 sounding and more melodic hardcore. Perhaps a bit like Insted in some ways? Listen to an mp3 of the title track We Got Disease and decide for yourself.

The Prids - "Something Difficult/One Thousand Five" on Catastrophe Ballet Records $4.00
Limited colour vinyl 7" featuring cover art by Gee Vaucher of Crass. The Prids from Portland, Oregon play post punk heavily influenced by the early Factory/4AD sound. Contains ex-members of State Of The Union. Excellent.

Prophecy Of Doom - "Tri-Battle Thought-Form Engagement" on Agipunk Records $5.00
One of the originators of the slow, churning, and metalic crust sound from the '80s, these two previously unreleased Prophecy Of Doom tracks are from their last recording session in 1996. Slightly more on the metal side but still not a heavy metal record. Reminds me a bit more of Axegrinder's "Rise Of The Serpent Men" LP than Deviated Instinct. Nice to see these officially released.

Protest - "The Connection" on Strongly Opposed $4.50
Swiss anarcho-punk from 1993. This EP contains nine songs total with lyrics railing against conformity, rape, war, and capitalism. Cut and paste layout.

Protesti - "8-Track EP" on Havoc Records $4.00
Protesti was around during the heyday of Finnish Thrash in the early '80s. They never had a vinyl release in the '80s of their own, although they did appear on the legendary "Hardcore 83" comp on Propaganda Records. This was a side project of members of Kaaos and the Bastards. With these influences you can guess at the sound and style, raging fast and chaotic thrash music. The lyrics are translated from Finnish and honestly are just as pertinent today as they were in 1983.

Psyched To Die - "Sterile Walls" on Firestarter Records $4.00
"With life comes death. With death comes peace. Psyched To Die can find no peace and channel that frustration into a bunch of rippin' punk songs for all of us to enjoy while they make the best of this time they've got. Tormented minds and twisted brains with melodies to sink your teeth into. Mikey Erg, Brian G. (Forward To Death/For Science), Jay Hunchback, and Chris Frump (Fast Times) have joined forces to shred heads and rip shit here on their debut EP. After dropping quite an impressive demo last summer, the boys are back with seven morose punk rock gems soaked in bitterness and hopelessness, all the while maintaining a prescribed dosage of humor and wit. Still, you won't find any positive sentiments or inspirational messages here, Psyched To Die remind us that when life gets you down, sometimes the best option is to simply cut your losses while you still can. Sterile Walls is your one way ticket to either the nut house or the morgue. Choose death." -Firestarter Records
MP3: http://www.firestarterrecords.com/PTD-FiveYearPlan.mp3

Psycho Faction - "22 Years Too Late" on Shock! Horror! Records $4.50
"Active from 79 through 84, Psycho Faction was originally contacted by Crass about releasing a split with Counter Attack (the Cumbrian one with the Bullshit Detector track, not the Belgium band.) that due to a lack of funds and equipment never manifested. Six unreleased tracks with a six page fold out sleeve with extensive liner notes regarding the history of the band." -S.H. Records

The Public/See You In Hell split (co-release with many labels) $5.00
Two great Eastern European bands on this split 7". The Public play interesting hardcore from Slovakia and See You In Hell from Czech Republic plays their brand of crusty hardcore that they are well known for. A co-release amongst the "network of friends."

Raw Power - "Wop Hour" on Toxic Shock Records $4.50
From Italy, Raw Power is one of the best hardcore/thrash bands ever. Fantastic musicianship paired up with crazy vocals and of course that fucking cowbell. This is Raw Power's 1986 follow EP to their seminal "Screams From The Gutter" LP which was released a year ealier. Frantic, scalding hardcore played the way only Raw Power could. Really excited to have these in the distro and highly recommended.

React/Greed split on 13th Floor Records/Stategrinder Records $3.50
React carry on the tradition of great crust coming from Connecticut. Greed changes things on this release by adding dual vocals, but continues to rage as hard as ever.

Restless Youth - "State Of Confusion" on Painkiller Records $4.00
Excellent early '80s styled hardcore. I absolutely love the cleaner vocal style and guitar sound on this record. Really well done with good musicianship and good production. This record proves that just because you can actually play your instrument doesn't mean you've got to play some 'nu-crust' or metal hybride. Hardcore still rules.

Riffs - "Such A Bore" on TKO Records $4.00
"The Riffs make their TKO debut this month with this new single! This release is a perfect introduction to this incredible band. The Riffs blistering twin guitar attack, equally channeling Johnny Thunders and Steve Jones, will time-warp you back to the late 70's if you're not careful!!! The A-side is from the Riffs upcoming album, the B-side is exclusive to this release." -TKO Records

Riffs - "Poison Boys" on TKO Records $4.00
"Here's a teaser for the Riffs' upcoming "Death Or Glory" album, just in time for the band's U.S. tour with Slaughter & the Dogs. Check out what the Punk Rock Press [Worldwidepunk.com] has to say about our boys: 'The Riffs capture the New Yorkness of the Heartbreakers, and the Bristishness of Slaughter & the Dogs with a pinch of Discharge...' " -TKO Records

Riistetyt - "Tuomiopaiva" on Havoc Records $4.00
Originally recorded in 1984, this 7" was released by Kill City in 1991. The Havoc re-issue of this ripper includes two bonus tracks from the same 1984 session not on the Kill City/Propaganda version. Scathing raw 1980's Finnish hardcore punk at it's best.

Ripping Headache - s/t on Adult Crash $5.00
"Fast and frantic K-Town HC. With a nod towards early Mid-Western American HC mixed the with more thrashy sound and feel of the mid 80's European scene. 8 ragers that will please the HC crowd!" -Jakob/Adult Crash

Sacred Shock - "Demo" on Shogun Recordings $5.00
"From Texas, Iron Age/Hatred Surge members make some Born Against X, Battalion of Saints. The 6 song demo was good, now hear it on vinyl. Cover screened by TTDMRT." -Phil/Shogun Records

Satan's Rejects - s/t (self released) $5.00
"One of the new famous DIY punk bands in Greece put out the first 7 inch. Old school HC/punk in '80s UK vein. 5 songs, 4 with English lyrics and the last 1 with Greek lyrics!" -We Don't Fight It Distro, Greece

See You In Hell - s/t (co-release with many labels) $5.00
Brutal, caustic hardcore punk with a slight crust influence and a DRI cover from Czech Republic

Sgt. Slaughter - "They Call Me Guitar Dickmouth" on Social Napalm Records $4.00
Irreverent and noisy hardcore punk from Massachusetts. There's an obvious Jerry's Kids influence here along with other early Boston bands. NO traces of fastcore, powerviolence, or anything else here. Just hardcore punk with a clean, ballsy guitar sound and perfectly fitting production.

Shock Troop - "Suck My Blood" on Whisper In Darkness Label $4.00
Japanese "Burning Spirits" inspired hardcore. The band's goal on this release was to make a concept release with a story line behind each song. As the band describes it "A little bit horror and the power of evil! The Fight of good and bad and the choice which way every person can go!! And that your inner voice will show you the right way!!! Fight for the truth!!"

Showcase Showdown/August Spies - "Assemble Your Own Dictator" split on Tario $3.50
Great record--both have some top notch tunes on here, two tracks each.

Showcase Showdown/Blanks 77 - "Drunk at the Karaoke Bar" split on Tario Recs. $3.50
Horrible--both bands drunk at a bar singing love songs. ... you have been warned!!!

Showcase Showdown - "Shampoo" picture disc on Tario Records $5.00
More fast, snotty, and poppy pogo punk... one of Boston's best in the '90s

Spectres - "Cold War" on Whisper In Darkness $4.00
"Two track debut single from this new Coombs, BC band. Dark and gloomy peace punk with strong influences from The Mob, Joy Division and Crisis. Amazing." -Frank/Whisper In Darkness Label

The State - "No Illusions" on Havoc Records $4.00
An oft overlooked classic that came out of Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1983. Powerful hardcore punk produced by Ron Asheton of the Stooges so you know it's got some Shake Appeal. From the Havoc Records website: "The anger and raw energy on this disk capture the frustration and angst of growing up punk in Reagan's America. Musically it's a raw hardcore assault on the lines of Discharge, Negative Approach, Necros or the Fix. We took great pains to re produce the original layout and artwork and mastered the vinyl from the original tapes." Looks and sounds great. Limited repressing.

State Poison - s/t on Shogun Records $6.00
"Make no mistake, these Frenchies-plus-one-Floridian sleep cuddled next to their Disorder records, passed out with a gluebag in hand. ... I would align this with Swankys or early Confuse, before lumping it in with the crasher crust scene. Overall, State Poison has enough ineptness, ridiculousness, catchiness, and creativity to pull this style off. Download the demo for free at statepoison.blogspot.com" -MRR review

Stitches - "Automatic" on TKO Records $4.00
"The Stitches make their smashing TKO debut this month with this killer of a 3-song 7" EP. This baby showcases this notorious band at their snot-spewing best; and this just a teaser for the album coming next month!" -TKO Records

Strange Dolls Cult - "Puppets Dance" on Catastrophe Ballet Records $4.00
A two track EP here from a German gothic/punk band influenced by the likes of Southern Death Cult, UK Decay, 45 Grave, and Christian Death. It reminds me of "Only Theatre Of Pain" by Christian Death more than anything. Really well done, and i'm excited to see a band playing this style today.

Street Trash - s/t on Way Back When Records $5.00
Re-release of their debut 7" that was originally on Proud To Be Idiot Records. This pressing contains new artwork. Snotty as anything, pissed off skatepunk/hardcore.

Strohsacke - s/t on Attack Records $4.00
German street punk that has been around for 10 years.

Strohsacke/Worhats split 7" on Social Napalm Records $4.00
These two veteren punk bands from Berlin, Germany play tuneful, aggressive punk influenced by German greats like OHL and Razzia that sounds like it could have been released by Weird System in 1983. The scratchy, snarled vocals epitomize the style of punk both bands play, while the lyrics they spit cover socially conscious themes. Both bands have been around since the mid-'90s with Strohsácke's first release being in 1994 and The Worháts making their debut in 1996. They each have many releases under their belts, and this split carries on right where each band last left off. Fans of old German punk and UK82 take note.

Strohsacke/Molotov Cocktail split on Attack Records $4.00
Strohsacke offer up new tracks of Britsh influenced German punk while MC from New York play a similar style of hardcore punk.

Stong As Ten/Lost Boys split on Shogun Records $5.00
"S.A.T.: 5 brand new tunes still in a very fast thrash metal blend. Includes Nuclear Assault cover! L.B.: add 2 songs to the score. More of an early 80's skatepunk thing. Artwork by Stef Rad Party" -Shogun Records

Suffer - "s/t" on Flat Earth Records $4.00
The debut EP by this uncompromisingly harsh and abrasive thrash band from England. Same line-up as Health Hazard pretty much, just a different singer. Distorted guitar (but not heavy) with some of the coarsest vocals ever put to vinyl. Great stuff all around.

Taeve - "Homocore Aus Danemark" on Audiofellatio Records $4.50
"Like a lot of the great records that have been coming out of Denmark lately, Taeve just sound old; I read a description of them online that said this sounds like a long-lost Mystic Records release and that's certainly the case; even though the sound quality on this one is a notch lower than that of the typical Mystic release (which is of pretty low quality to begin with), the crappiness of the production is crappy in the right way, which is virtually never the case with bands these days. In terms of songwriting, Taeve mine the typical Mystic sound of straight-ahead, raw hardcore with some occasional change-ups to keep things interesting." -Deepfrybonanza.com

Tampere SS - "Sotaa" on Havoc Records $4.00
This 7" was originally released in an edition of 200 back in 1983. Tampere SS played chaotic fast hardcore in the best Finnish tradition. The Finnish scene in the early 80's was very prolific with some good labels (Propaganda, Poko) and was heavily influenced by the English scene of the day, such bands as Discharge, Chaos UK, Disorder and the Varukers.

Tampere SS - "Kuollut & Kuopattu" on Havoc Records $4.00
These tracks were demo and compilation tracks from Tampere SS' heyday in 1983. Traditionally styled Finnish hardcore influenced by Chaos UK and Disorder.

Taxi - "Who's To Blame" on Dead Beat Records $4.00
Rome's premier Killed By Death purveyors, Taxi have their own unique style and sound that's influenced by classic bands like Eater, PVC, the Testors, Chosen Few, Unnatural Axe and the Vibrators. Vintage sounding punk without coming off as another silly retro/throwback punk band.

Teen Idles - "Anniversary" on Dischord Records $5.00
Dischord Records #100. Six songs of the earliest Teen Idles recordings from a demo recorded in the basement of Hit & Run 1979-80 and remixed at Inner Ear Studios. Get up and go.

Terrorain - "1988 Demos" on Burrito Records $4.00
UK thrash from yesteryear. This was originally recorded in a professional studio as demo in 1988. Raw and brutal thrash along the lines of Heresy, Siege, and Septic Death. Fold-out sleeve includes a band biography, photos, and lyrics.

Thargos - "Black Metal Punkz" on Witches Brew $5.50
Insane German Thrash that comes in some of the best packaging i've ever seen for a 7". Full color, glossy gatefold sleeve with insert on green colored vinyl, hand numbered out of 500 copies.

Those Poor Bastards - s/t on Reiterate Records $3.00
Solid political hardcore punk from Connecticut... part of the mid-'90s political punk crust scene.

Totalitär - "Vi Ar Eliten" on Feral Ward $4.50
This 7" was recorded in the same session as the final Totalitar LP. I think that the later Totalitar material is actually the best. They stripped the sound down a bit with a cleaner fuzzed out guitar tone instead of less of a crusty thick guitar tone. The production is really raw on this too and works great with their style. A must have for any fans of Totalitar or '80s Scandinavian hardcore.

Tragics - "Mommi I'm A Misfit" on Loud Blaring Punk Rock $4.00
"Finally this Albany classic is available again. Originally released in 1981 on Black 'N White Records originally under the name the Misfits. They later changed their name due to a band you might have heard of being of the same name and much greater in popularity, so they carried on as the Tragics only to fade away a few years later. This 4 track EP of raw fast punk rock, has been remastered and sounds better then ever. Think if the Sex Pistols played at the Ramones speed with Pauline from England's Penetration signing. Brilliant" -Loud Blaring Punk Rock

Tristess - "Bara rock'n'roll" on Kick N' Punch Records $5.00
Swedish punks bringing back the very early '80s/late '70s sound. Members of this band also played in the Vicious who had a similar sound. Fans of Vicious, Regulations, and No Hope For The Kids might be interested in this.

Trojne - "Who Gives A Fuck Anyway?" on SMRT Records $5.00
Reissue of Swedish hardcore from 1984. This was Trojne's second EP. Raw Discharge, GBH, and other UK inspired hardcore that comes in a reprint of the original sleeve as well as a seperate piece of paper that contains a nice write up with info on the band done by an ex-member. A nice package that should appeal to fans of Swedish hardcore with a Discharge influence.

Tyvek - "Summer Burns" 2x7" on What's Your Rupture? $8.00

UBR - "Corpus Delecti" on NE Records $5.00
"European re press of this early 80's Yugoslavian classic. One of the first and best known Yugoslav bands, UBR was highly influenced by the raw thrash sounds of Italy and this was originally released on the Italian Attack Punk label. Very nice gateold sleeve. Excellent re issue." -Havoc Records

Ugly Aestethics - s/t on Attack Records $4.00
Street punk from Germany with a strong and urgent political message.

Unity - "You Are One" on Indecision Records $4.00
Originally released by Wishingwell Records in 1985, Unity members would later go on to form Uniform Choice. This is great positive straight edge hardcore with hints of melody influenced by 7 Seconds and Minor Threat and without any stupid tough guy bullshit.

Upstab - "Somebody Threw A Gallon Jug Of Thunderbird Wine At Me." on Even Worse Records $6.00
Second EP by Cleveland ragers. Out of print, i believe. Last copy.

Upstab - "W/Report" on Way Back When Records $5.00
"Only 12 months (!) after the Somebody..7". And it's well worth the wait. 5 more songs from the same session so be warned and prepared. Upstab has called it quits in the meantime and left another 10 songs behind." -Way Back When Records

US Bombs - "Tora Tora Tora" on TKO Records $4.00
"You better head to the fallout shelter! U.S. Bombs have returned to rain death and destruction upon you with these two all-new tracks!" -TKO Records

US Bombs - "Art Kills" on TKO Records $4.00
"Just when you thought it was safe to come out of the fallout shelter... the U.S. Bombs are back! Two new exclusive tracks, first 1,000 copies on colored vinyl, controversial artwork and politically charged lyrics- what else did you expect!?! Duck and Cover!!!" -TKO Records

Vaurio - "Sortoa Ja Vainoa" on Feral Ward $4.00
Originally recorded in the early '80s, these Finnish Hardcore greats Vaurio's unreleased 7" finally sees the light of day. This was supposed to be released by Propaganda Records but rumor has it that it was shelved due to lack of money. The covers are printed from the original master sleeve the band made in the early '80s. Vaurio later went on to release an LP for Propaganda Records instead.

Vice Squad - "Resurrection" on Riot City Records $10.50
NOT A REPRESS. Original unplayed old new stock copies of Vice Squad's second EP from 1981. I actually like this a lot more than the first one. All three tracks here are awesome, especially the tune "Humane" which is one of my personal favorite 'Squad songs ever. This was also the second release on Riot City Records. Here's a chance to get a brand new copy of a classic.

Vicious - "Obesessive" on Feral Ward Records $4.00
Newest release by this Swedish vintage sounding punk band. This reminds me a lot of "Static Age" by the Misfits except a bit snottier and perhaps with some early LA influences. I don't know, that's just waht i got out of it. Either way, this is a great record and worth every penny.

Vicious - "Igen" on Feral Ward $4.00
Newest 7".

Warfist - "HellTyrant Rising" on Iron Bonehead Productions $5.00
Very happy to get this release in stock. I'm not big into metal, but i was feeling this band. Warfist from Poland plays great blackened thrash metal with strong old school influences like Bathory and Sodom with NO blast beats. This 7" is limited to 500 copies and is on the kult metal label Iron Bonehead.

Wasted Time - "No Shore" on Grave Mistake Records $4.00
"Back with a second E.P.!!! This time around these Richmond boys (with the addition of Brandon from Government Warning taking over drum duties) crank it up about ten notches from their debut E.P., assaulting your ears with seven blasts of angry, violent raging fast hardcore. The early raw USHC influence (some Poison Idea, NA, and SSD) is definitely still very much there, but Wasted Time have added a few surprises. Be warned ... this record might just get up in the middle of the night and kill you in your sleep." -Grave Mistake Records

Witches With Dicks - "American Railroads" on Shock To The System Records $4.00
"Take really gruff post-punk vocals and pair it with good and simple pop-punk arrangements and you get Witches With Dicks and deserve to have their records added to the collections of anybody into bands such as Screeching Weasel and Dillinger Four. American Railroads is the follow up to the band's first full-length Manual. It's certainly a suitable follow up and one that will leave any fan of their previous work happy. Their songs are short, hard and poppy enough to maintain any accessibility necessary to allow the listener to become hooked at first listen. They sing about breakups and singing about anarchy, stopping often for moments of reflection and self-criticism. Most bands are ready to blow up but this band will probably implode." -Kiss Of Death Records

Wlochaty - "Bank $wiatowy" on Nikt Nic Nie Wie $5.00
"Polish heroes of Crass/Conflict influenced anarcho punk. Definitely the most popular punk band in Poland these days. Contains another 6 studio songs from the same session as "Wojna Przeciwko Ziemi" LP. Fold out cover with poster sized collage. Includes lyrics' translations and info on World Bank dirty practices. Crass "Do they owe us a living" cover..." -NNNW

Worhats - s/t on Attack Records $4.00
Great German hardcore punk in the vein of Mau Maus, Ultra Violent, or other early '80s Britcore bands.

Yuppiecrusher/Intervenzione split on Däd & Uppsválld Productions $4.00
Yuppiecrusher plays fast and catchy early '80s styled hardcore punk with political lyrics. Intervenzione plays political hardcore punk. A late '90s release that is now out of print and only available in limited quantities.

V/A - "Bands That Don't Give A Shit About Being God" on Social Napalm $4.00
